Registration Fees

SIAM urges attendees to preregister and save! To qualify for the preregistration fee, please register in one of the following ways by January 29, 1996:

• Please fill-in and submit the Preregistration Fill-in Form
• If your web browser does not support fill-in forms, a Postscript Version of the Preregistration Form is available. This file can be downloaded, printed out, and faxed or e-mailed to SIAM
• You can also register by e-mail: meetings@siam.org, Fax: 215-386-7999, or Telephone: 215-382-9800; Toll free-800-447-7426 (USA only).

*These rates will apply if registrations are received at the SIAM office after the 1/29/96 deadline. We will charge your credit card or collect the difference from you on-site. On-site registration begins on Sunday, February 11, 1996. Registration fees include a copy of the Proceedings volume which will be mailed when it becomes available.

There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Saturday, February 10, 1996.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation prior to:

January 29, 1996	Full refund
January 30 - February 11, 1996	$25.00 Cancellation Fee
After February 11, 1996	No Refund

Non-SIAM Members

Non-member registrants are encouraged to join SIAM to take advantage of the difference between member and non-member registration fees, and enjoy all the other benefits of SIAM membership.
